Simply ensure your items are in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back into its original Hush Puppies box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
